I met Bianca when I was in the midst of a major transformation. She met me with such kindness and care I literally don’t know where I’d be without her. She reintroduced me to the importance of putting myself first and saying no. Taught me how to use my breathing to control my emotions and what steps I can take to work through any problem or issue. I have found greater love and confidence in myself thanks to Bianca.
